1. You can either register a new domain with CartWire.com or use an existing domain name from any CartWire.com page.
2. You will first be directed to PayPal to confirm your billing agreement with use.
3. After you have created your billing agreement you will be returned to our website to finish the setup of your shopping cart.
4. After that we create a special link that you can access by logging into your account. This link will take you to PayPal and you will be guided through the signup process.
